About the Role

As a Process Operator, you will be a key player in a dedicated shift team working in a 5-shift system. You will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing production, as well as ensuring efficient and safe operations at a facility of vital importance to society. At NG Nordic, there is a strong focus on safety, and the role is characterized by close teamwork with your shift colleagues. This is a temporary position (substitute) running from 2026-05-01 to 2027-06-30.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will participate in the operation of incineration plants, which involves monitoring and maintaining the plants and associated peripheral equipment.

• Monitor and control production processes
• Perform rounds and inspections of the facility
• Troubleshoot and rectify operational disturbances
• Strictly follow safety regulations and internal instructions
• Document operational data and report deviations
• Actively collaborate with colleagues within the shift team

Who We Are Looking For

• Have previous experience in a similar role or hold education in operations or process technology
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Hold a driver's license and have access to a car
• Have a technical interest

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience with chemical process plants or process data systems
